PRINCIPLES OF PROCESSING CUSTOMER AND BUSINESS PARTNER DATA PPH “PARYS” Sp. z o.o.

In accordance with Article 13(1) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that:

2. Purpose of Processing:
Necessary and proper execution of orders/contracts/business service, including actions before the conclusion of the contract/placing an order at the request of the person concerned – the data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(b) and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Issuing VAT invoices and entering data into the internal computer system – customer database in accordance with the Act of 11 March 2004 on goods and services tax (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 106, 568, 1065, 1106, 1747, as amended).
Performing activities in accordance with consents given by you – the data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(a) and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Performing actions required by applicable legal and administrative regulations – the data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(c) and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Carrying out marketing activities, including direct marketing – legal basis for processing (Article 6(1)(a), (b), (f)) and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 650).
Conducting commercial activities – legal basis for processing (Article 6(1)(a), (f)) and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 650).
Conducting statistical analyses – legal basis for processing (Article 6(1)(a), (f)) and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Carrying out sales activities – (Article 6(1)(a), (b), (f)) legal basis for processing and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Pursuing the legitimate interests of PPH “PARYS” Sp. z o.o., in particular: asserting, pursuing, or securing claims against the client, conducting analyses of the quality of sales services – the data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(f) and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

3. Recipients of Your Personal Data:
Authorized employees of PPH “PARYS” Sp. z o.o. for processing personal data, entities providing teleinformation, organizational, and technical support for PPH “PARYS” Sp. z o.o., institutions authorized to process personal data under applicable law,

Entities cooperating with PPH Parys Sp. z o.o. in the field of commercial and sales activities.

4. Storage of Personal Data:
For the duration of your use of services, to the extent that your personal data is processed to provide a specific service and fulfill the obligations of the Data Controller,

6. Profiling and Automated Processing of Personal Data:
Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making by PPH “PARYS” Sp. z o.o. The company is the organizer of various promotional activities. This is an ideal source of information about your purchasing preferences and interest in a specific form of promotion. We personalize the commercial offer by tracking and analyzing your shopping preferences to increase the effectiveness of our sales. All these activities are carried out on anonymized data, i.e., in a way that makes it impossible to assign a specific characteristic to a specific person. We do not profile our customers. We analyze your interest in our products on social media and video channels (YouTube), which also allows us to manage sales and distribution of our products more accurately.

7. Conditions for Giving Consent to the Processing of Personal Data:
Providing your personal data is a condition for placing and fulfilling an order. You are obliged to provide it, and the consequence of not providing personal data will be a refusal to fulfill the order. In the case of participation in promotional activities, providing your personal data is necessary to participate in the promotion. Your consent to the processing of personal data is necessary for sending commercial offers electronically, subscribing to the newsletter, and profiling your personal data. You will be asked for your consent before using a specific service.

8. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries:
Your personal data is not transferred to third countries.

9. Security of Personal Data:
Personal data is processed in a way that ensures its proper security, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures.
